These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through www.flightclicks.co.uk, by telephone, email, WhatsApp, payment link, live chat, social media, or through any representative of Flight Clicks Ltd.
By making a booking, paying a deposit, making full payment, authorising a booking, signing a Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation, accepting an itinerary, accepting a quotation, accepting a refund calculation, accepting a voucher, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation, payment confirmation, fare conditions, cancellation conditions, amendment conditions and any written booking approval accepted by the customer.
1.1 The website www.flightclicks.co.uk is operated by Flight Clicks Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
1.2 Company Number: 12413668.
1.3 Registered Office: Office 1, Izabella House, 24-26 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ, United Kingdom.
1.4 Throughout these Terms and Conditions, Flight Clicks Ltd shall be referred to as "Flight Clicks", "we", "us" or "our".
2.1 Flight Clicks acts as an independent travel agent and intermediary.
2.2 We arrange travel services on behalf of airlines, consolidators, wholesalers and other travel suppliers.
2.3 The contract of carriage for air transportation exists directly between the passenger and the operating airline.
2.4 Airline tickets are issued subject to the airline’s Conditions of Carriage, fare rules and operational policies.
2.5 Flight Clicks does not operate or control airline schedules, aircraft allocation, seat allocation, baggage policies, airport procedures, immigration decisions, airline operational decisions or airline refund decisions.
3.1 A booking becomes binding when the passenger authorises the booking and Flight Clicks receives payment or deposit.
3.2 A quotation, reservation, booking confirmation or payment request does not constitute ticket issuance.
3.3 Airline tickets are considered issued only once an E-Ticket number has been generated.
3.4 The lead passenger confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of all passengers included within the booking.
3.5 The lead passenger accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all passengers named within the booking.
3.6 Passengers must review all booking confirmations, payment authorisations, itineraries and E-Tickets immediately upon receipt.
3.7 Any discrepancy relating to passenger names, titles, dates of birth, passenger categories, travel dates, destinations, routing, flight numbers, baggage allowance or fare conditions must be reported to Flight Clicks in writing immediately upon receipt.
4.1 Flight Clicks may issue a Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation before final payment and ticket issuance.
4.2 The Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation may include passenger details, itinerary, baggage allowance, Total Booking Price, deposit received, balance due, payment deadline, fare conditions, amendment conditions, cancellation conditions and important booking terms.
4.3 By signing or otherwise accepting the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation, the passenger confirms that the booking details are correct and authorises Flight Clicks to proceed with the booking and ticket issuance upon receipt of payment.
4.4 Flight Clicks may rely on the signed Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation, payment records, customer communications, IP address, timestamp and ticket delivery records in payment disputes, chargebacks, complaint investigations, mediation and legal proceedings.
5.1 Airline fares, taxes, supplier charges and availability are controlled by airlines and suppliers and may change without notice before ticket issuance.
5.2 Fare changes may occur due to seat availability, booking class availability, airline fare revisions, tax changes, supplier updates, currency changes or other airline or supplier conditions.
5.3 The quoted fare becomes guaranteed only after full payment has been received and the ticket has been successfully issued.
5.4 The Total Booking Price is a combined price for the travel services purchased through Flight Clicks and may include airline fares, applicable taxes, supplier charges, booking charges, administration charges and service charges.
5.5 Individual airline fares, supplier costs, booking charges, administration charges and service charges are not itemised separately unless Flight Clicks is legally required to do so.
6.1 Certain bookings may be secured by payment of a deposit, with the remaining balance payable by the due date stated in the booking confirmation.
6.2 A deposit secures a reservation request only and does not guarantee the quoted fare, taxes, supplier charges, seat availability or ticket issuance.
6.3 The remaining balance must be paid by the stated payment deadline. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation, loss of the quoted fare and/or loss of seat availability.
6.4 If the passenger wishes to proceed after the original fare has expired or the booking has been cancelled due to non-payment, the booking will be subject to the next available fare and applicable supplier conditions at the time of rebooking.
6.5 If the fare, taxes, supplier charges, itinerary or availability change before ticket issuance, Flight Clicks may issue an updated Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation for the passenger’s review and approval before proceeding.
6.6 If the passenger does not proceed after receiving an updated Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation, fails to pay the balance by the stated deadline, cancels the reservation before ticket issuance, or otherwise chooses not to continue with the booking, Flight Clicks may deduct booking, administration and service charges of up to GBP 100 per passenger, together with any applicable supplier or payment processing charges, from any deposit or part-payment received.
6.7 Any remaining balance after applicable deductions will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.
6.8 If the airline or supplier withdraws the quoted fare, revises the fare, increases taxes or supplier charges, or otherwise makes the original booking unavailable before ticket issuance, Flight Clicks will notify the passenger and may offer the option to proceed at the revised available fare.
6.9 If the passenger does not accept the revised fare or updated booking details, any refund will be calculated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any booking, administration or service charges disclosed and accepted at the time of booking.
6.10 This deposit section applies only where the ticket has not yet been issued.
7.1 Payments may be made by debit card, credit card, bank transfer, authorised payment link or any other payment method accepted by Flight Clicks.
7.2 Full payment must be received before ticket issuance unless a deposit arrangement has been expressly agreed.
7.3 Flight Clicks is under no obligation to issue tickets until cleared funds have been received.
7.4 Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation, fare increases or loss of seat availability.
7.5 Where payment is made by bank transfer, the customer is responsible for using the correct payment reference and ensuring payment is received by Flight Clicks before any deadline.
8.1 Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all names, titles, dates of birth and passenger categories are accurate and match the passengers’ travel documents exactly.
8.2 Passengers are responsible for reviewing all itineraries, fare conditions, baggage information, payment details and booking terms before authorising Flight Clicks to proceed.
8.3 Failure to review booking documents or E-Tickets shall not create liability for Flight Clicks where the passenger has already approved the relevant booking details.
9.1 Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, transit visas, airport transit visas, health certificates, vaccination records, travel permits and any other documentation required for travel.
9.2 This responsibility applies to every country entered, transited through or connected through.
9.3 Flight Clicks does not provide immigration advice.
9.4 Any information provided by Flight Clicks staff regarding passports, visas, transit visas or entry requirements is general guidance only and must not be relied upon as immigration advice.
9.5 Passengers must independently verify all passport, visa, transit visa, health and entry requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, airline or official government source before travel.
9.6 Flight Clicks shall not be liable where travel is disrupted, refused or denied due to insufficient, invalid, expired or incorrect travel documentation.
10.1 Special requests may include seat requests, bassinets, meal requests, wheelchair assistance, medical assistance, lounge access, priority boarding, special baggage requests, airport assistance and other ancillary services.
10.2 Special requests are controlled by the relevant airline, airport, ground handling provider or supplier.
10.3 Flight Clicks may communicate such requests where possible, but cannot guarantee approval, availability, confirmation or fulfilment.
10.4 Customers are responsible for checking directly with the airline before travel where a special request is essential to their journey.
10.5 Charges for special requests, where applicable, are subject to airline or supplier rules and may be non-refundable once requested, confirmed or paid.
11.1 A voluntary change is any amendment requested by the passenger before or after ticket issuance, including changes to travel dates, flights, routing, passenger details, name corrections, class of travel, ticket reissue, ticket revalidation or any other itinerary amendment.
11.2 All voluntary change requests must be submitted in writing by the passenger or lead passenger.
11.3 All voluntary changes are subject to the applicable airline fare rules, supplier conditions and seat availability at the time the change request is made.
11.4 Where the signed Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation states a voluntary change charge, that charge will apply in addition to any applicable fare difference, tax difference, airline charges, supplier charges and Flight Clicks booking, administration or service charges.
11.5 All change charges, fare differences, supplier charges and Flight Clicks charges must be paid in full before any change, reissue or revalidation can be processed.
11.6 Some tickets may be non-changeable. Submission of a change request does not guarantee that the requested change will be available or approved by the airline or supplier.
12.1 A voluntary cancellation occurs where the passenger chooses not to travel or requests cancellation of a booking or ticket for reasons other than an airline or supplier cancellation.
12.2 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the passenger or lead passenger.
12.3 A booking or ticket shall remain active and subject to the applicable fare rules until Flight Clicks receives and acknowledges a valid written cancellation request.
12.4 All voluntary cancellations are subject to the applicable airline, supplier and fare rules accepted by the passenger at the time of booking.
12.5 Where the signed Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation states a voluntary cancellation charge, that charge will apply in addition to any applicable airline charges, supplier charges, consolidator charges, payment processing charges and Flight Clicks booking, administration or service charges.
12.6 Flight Clicks may charge a booking, administration and refund processing fee of up to GBP 100 per passenger for processing any voluntary cancellation or refund request, unless a different amount has been stated and accepted in the signed Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation.
12.7 Any refundable amount shall be limited to the amount authorised and returned by the airline, supplier or consolidator after deduction of applicable charges.
12.8 Where the refundable amount is equal to or less than the total applicable fees and deductions, no refund shall be payable.
12.9 Once a passenger authorises or confirms a cancellation request, the cancellation request may be treated as final and may not be capable of being withdrawn if already processed with the airline or supplier.
13.1 Certain fares and tickets are sold and accepted on a non-refundable basis.
13.2 Where a booking or ticket has been sold and accepted as non-refundable, no refund shall be payable following voluntary cancellation unless otherwise expressly permitted by the applicable fare rules.
13.3 "Refundable" means the fare or booking may be eligible for refund subject to the applicable airline fare rules, supplier conditions and these Terms and Conditions. It does not automatically mean the Total Booking Price paid by the customer is refundable in full.
13.4 Unused taxes on non-refundable tickets may be refundable in certain circumstances; however, any such refund remains subject to the applicable airline and supplier rules, payment processing charges and Flight Clicks booking, administration and service charges.
14.1 Airlines and suppliers may cancel, reschedule, reroute, delay or otherwise amend flights for operational, commercial, safety, regulatory or other reasons outside Flight Clicks’ control.
14.2 Such changes may include schedule changes, aircraft changes, route changes, airport changes, terminal changes, flight cancellations, re-routing, baggage-rule changes or alternative travel arrangements.
14.3 Flight Clicks does not operate or control airline flights and is not responsible for airline operational decisions.
14.4 Where an airline or supplier makes a cancellation or significant schedule change, available remedies may include, depending on the airline or supplier policy, alternative routing, alternative travel dates, ticket revalidation, ticket reissue, airline credit, airline voucher or airline-authorised refund.
14.5 Flight Clicks will provide reasonable assistance in communicating with the airline or supplier, but does not determine refund eligibility, compensation entitlement, alternative routing availability, airline response times or the value of any refund, voucher or credit.
14.6 Any refund, credit, voucher or alternative arrangement will be subject to the airline’s or supplier’s terms, fare rules and applicable passenger rights.
14.7 Refusal of an airline-provided alternative itinerary does not automatically create entitlement to a full refund from Flight Clicks.
14.8 Any compensation claim relating to airline delay, cancellation, denied boarding, downgrade or statutory passenger rights should be made directly to the operating airline unless Flight Clicks expressly agrees in writing to assist.
15.1 The Total Booking Price is a combined price and may include airline fares, applicable taxes, supplier charges, booking charges, administration charges and service charges.
15.2 Any refund will be calculated in accordance with the applicable airline fare rules, supplier conditions, consolidator conditions, payment processing rules, the signed Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation and these Terms and Conditions.
15.3 Any refund payable shall be limited to the refundable amount actually received by Flight Clicks from the airline, supplier or consolidator after deduction of applicable airline charges, supplier charges, consolidator charges, payment processing charges and Flight Clicks booking, administration and service charges.
15.4 Flight Clicks booking, administration and service charges relate to services already provided, including fare sourcing, reservation handling, booking management, supplier liaison, customer support, payment processing, documentation and administration.
15.5 Flight Clicks booking, administration and service charges become earned once the booking has been confirmed and accepted by the customer or the ticket has been issued, whichever occurs first.
15.6 Flight Clicks booking, administration and service charges are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed and accepted by the customer or the ticket has been issued, unless Flight Clicks confirms otherwise in writing or a refund is required by law.
15.7 A customer’s refund entitlement shall not be calculated simply by deducting one stated airline penalty, supplier penalty or cancellation charge from the Total Booking Price, unless Flight Clicks expressly confirms that calculation in writing.
16.1 Refunds can only be processed after the relevant funds have been received by Flight Clicks from the airline, supplier or consolidator.
16.2 Flight Clicks is not obliged to advance, fund or pre-pay any airline, supplier or consolidator refund.
16.3 Refund processing times are controlled by airlines, suppliers, consolidators and payment providers.
16.4 Any time frame provided by Flight Clicks is an estimate only and shall not constitute a contractual commitment.
16.5 Refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the booking, where possible.
16.6 Additional verification may be required before any alternative refund arrangement is considered.
17.1 Vouchers, EMDs and travel credits are subject to the terms, conditions, expiry dates and restrictions applied by the airline, supplier or Flight Clicks at the time of issue.
17.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, vouchers, EMDs and travel credits are non-refundable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
17.3 Vouchers, EMDs and travel credits may only be redeemed against flights or travel services available through Flight Clicks unless otherwise stated in writing.
17.4 Voucher holders are not entitled to require Flight Clicks to match, beat or honour prices available through airlines, online travel agents, metasearch engines, competitors or third-party websites.
17.5 Redemption is subject to fare availability, supplier availability, airline rules, taxes, fare differences and applicable Flight Clicks booking or administration charges at the time of redemption.
17.6 Vouchers, EMDs and travel credits are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated in writing.
17.7 Expired vouchers, EMDs and travel credits become void automatically and will not be extended except where required by law or expressly agreed by Flight Clicks in writing.
18.1 Passengers must ensure that accurate email addresses and telephone numbers are provided at the time of booking.
18.2 Following ticket issuance, passengers are responsible for maintaining current contact details directly with the airline where required.
18.3 Airlines may send notifications regarding schedule changes, cancellations, check-in reminders and operational updates directly to passengers.
18.4 Flight Clicks cannot guarantee that all airline notifications will be received by or communicated through Flight Clicks.
19.1 For security, accuracy and audit purposes, all requests relating to cancellations, amendments, refunds, passenger changes, travel date changes, ticket reissues, ticket revalidations, vouchers or any booking modification must be submitted in writing.
19.2 Flight Clicks may rely upon written instructions received from the lead passenger, booking holder or authorised payer.
19.3 Verbal discussions with staff do not constitute contractual guarantees unless confirmed in writing by Flight Clicks.
19.4 Flight Clicks shall not be responsible for loss, cost, delay or dispute arising from verbal instructions, misunderstandings, incomplete information or requests that have not been confirmed in writing.
20.1 Email communications, written messages, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, online approvals, signed documents, payment confirmations and recorded telephone calls may constitute valid evidence of customer instructions, approval, authorisation or acceptance.
20.2 Flight Clicks may rely upon such communications and records in payment disputes, chargeback responses, complaint investigations, mediation, legal proceedings and court claims.
20.3 Any refund acceptance, voucher acceptance, cancellation approval, amendment approval, reissue approval, payment authorisation or booking approval communicated in writing or through a signed document may be treated as binding evidence of the customer’s instruction.
21.1 Customers should contact Flight Clicks in writing before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, bank recall or third-party payment complaint, so that Flight Clicks has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
21.2 Where a chargeback, payment dispute or bank recall is raised, Flight Clicks reserves the right to defend the matter using all relevant evidence, including booking records, signed authorisations, payment records, emails, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, call recordings, supplier records, ticket records, refund records, voucher records, IP address records, timestamps and delivery confirmations.
21.3 Where a customer raises a chargeback after receiving tickets, refunds, vouchers, travel credits or agreed services, Flight Clicks may treat the matter as a formal dispute and may pursue recovery of any unpaid balance, chargeback loss, administrative cost or legal cost where permitted by law.
22.1 Passengers are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance.
22.2 Travel insurance should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, missed flights, airline disruption, baggage issues, personal circumstances, illness, visa refusal and other travel risks.
22.3 Flight Clicks shall not be responsible for losses that could reasonably have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
23.1 Where ATOL protection applies, passengers will receive an ATOL Certificate.
23.2 The ATOL Certificate identifies the services financially protected under the ATOL scheme.
23.3 ATOL protection applies only to the services specified on the ATOL Certificate and is governed by the Civil Aviation Authority and applicable ATOL Regulations.
23.4 ATOL protection is financial protection against insolvency of the relevant ATOL holder. It does not automatically cover airline delays, airline schedule changes, airline cancellations, seat allocation disputes, transit visa issues, passport issues, special requests, airline service complaints or voluntary cancellations.
23.5 Customers should carefully review their ATOL Certificate to understand what is protected.
24.1 Flight Clicks shall not be liable for delay, disruption, cancellation, additional cost or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including war, terrorism, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, airspace closures, government restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, supplier failure, airline operational decisions, airport disruption or border restrictions.
24.2 In such circumstances, Flight Clicks will provide reasonable assistance where possible, but any remedy will be subject to airline terms, supplier terms, fare rules and applicable law.
25.1 Flight Clicks shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses, including loss of earnings, missed events, emotional distress, inconvenience, hotel costs, transport costs, visa costs, additional travel costs or losses arising from airline or supplier operational decisions, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
25.2 Flight Clicks’ liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Flight Clicks for the affected booking, except where a higher liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
25.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
26.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation, fare conditions, payment confirmation and any written booking approval accepted by the customer, constitute the agreement between the parties.
26.2 Customers acknowledge that they have not relied upon any verbal representation, assurance or promise not confirmed in writing by Flight Clicks.
26.3 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and a Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation signed by the customer, the signed Booking Confirmation & Payment Authorisation shall apply to the specific booking to the extent of that inconsistency, unless prohibited by law.
27.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
27.2 Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may allow a customer to bring proceedings in another applicable UK jurisdiction.
